Wedding Consultation

For the bridal couple who would like to explore options and ideas in the early stages of their planning. An informative discussion advising you on planning any or all aspects of your wedding, including assisting with overall design and/or theme, helping with vendor selection, budgeting etiquette etc.

WBD Package Two

Wedding Day Coordination

For the bridal couple who have designed and planned their own wedding, WBD Consultants will ensure that your wedding plans are executed with utmost attention to detail allowing you to enjoy and take great pleasure in your wedding day.

To Include

Rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

• Direct the processionals, recessionals and receiving line
• Review key details of the wedding day with the bridal party
• Review with the ushers the guests to be seated in reserved rows

Wedding Day Coordination Including

Up to 8 hours overseeing the ceremony and reception, which includes:

• Placement of the guest book, program and altar items
• Ensure all bouquets and boutonnieres are distributed
• Line up of the wedding party
• If ceremony location is other than reception venue, coordinate with the florist that all flowers are expediently brought to reception and setup before guests arrive.
• Provide an bridal emergency kit
• Supervise all vendor arrival times, set ups and ensure all of your requests are achieved
• Ensure guest tables, chairs, linens, seating plan, gift table, place card table, decor, centrepieces, place settings, cake table etc. are set up and decorated according to your wishes.
• Check audio equipment and cue the master of ceremonies or DJ to ensure your reception flows smoothly from start to finish (announcement of your arrival, first dance, father / daughter dance, grace, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss etc.)
• Prepare photographer and videographer for upcoming special moments
• Greet guests that may arrive late
• Secure all gifts with caretaker of your choice
• Assist you and your family with any matters that may arise

WBD Package Three

Full Wedding Coordination

A wonderful option for busy professionals, out of town couples, second marriages or any couple looking for quality, personalized support during this emotional and often overwhelming time. WBD Consultants will provide individualized service and work with you on every detail of your wedding day.

WBD Package Four

Destination Weddings

For the couple who decides on a romantic destination wedding getaway. Many couples dream of walking down the aisle on one of the world’s beautiful beaches or a glorious cruise. WBD Consultants can provide and co-ordinate logistic and booking information with travel agents and event co-coordinators abroad including flights, itineraries, necessary documents required, guest welcome packages, hotels and destination attractions and tour information, ceremony & reception details.

• WBD Consultant must arrive a minimum of two days prior to the wedding date
• Expenses additional such as transportation, hotel, long distance etc.
